Construction of Plywood factory ( 22.000 sqm) started in Rezekne, Latvia. Client Latvijas Finieris A/S

Renovation of historical building in address Helsinki, Bulevardi 16 completed. ClientTaitokaari Oy.

Construction of two apartment buildings in Espoo Haukilahti started. Client Taitokaari Oy.

Castor handed over a storage buiding of some 3000 sqm buildt for Latvijas Finieris.

As Oy Kauniaisten Kaarna is completed including 46 apartments and underground car parking for 38 vehicles. Client Munkkiniemi Group.

Castor has completed a new store for Tokmanni in Hanko. This project included design, construction and financing and the floor area is about 2.800 sqm.

SPV company REX Terminal and DHL Latvia has signed the Lease Agreement for a new Terminal in Riga Airport. This is a development project including design, construction and financing of new Express terminal.

The acquisition of portfolio of five assets in Finland has been closed by Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB. The sellers are CASTOR Real Estate OY and Veikko Laine OY, the properties are all newly built and leased for the use of  Kesko Oyj and Tokmanni Oyj with long term leases. They have a combined area of 15,800 sqm and the total acquisition cost is about EUR 25 million.

Castor has started the reconstruction works for LINDEX Store in Galerija Centrs shopping Centre in Riga. Client Lindex Latvia SIA.

Castor has signed the Design&Build Contract and is the Main Contractor for the Volleyball Hall in Mārupe. Client SIA Degunradzis.

Castor is the Main Contractor for the Car Service Centre with Store in Riga, Jūrkalnes street. Client SIA Automotīvs.

Castor has completed a new construction for the leading Finnish Laundry operator Lindström Oy and it's subsiadiary in Latvia. This project included design, approvals, conatruction and project management and the floor area of construction is about 5.000 sqm.  The project is located in Pinki, some 15 km out of Riga.

Castor is acting as a main contractor for a new Tokmanni shop in Tammisaari, some 90 km out of Helsinki. This project included design, approvals, financing and construction. The floor area of construction is a about 2.900 sqm. The new shop will be opened in May 2018.

Kern Residences in Riga, received  the first Prize as the best Residential Project in Latvia 2017. The Prize was established by Latvijan Building design and Construction Council (BDCC). Kern Residences is located at adress Citadele 6, in the the heart of old Town. It consists of one office floor and thee residential floors and underground car parking for 24 cars.

Castor is executing reconstruction works in factory Verems in Rēzekne.

Castor completed a shop for Kesko and Tokmanni in Keuruu , having a floor area of 5.700 sqm. The project included design, construction and financing.

In June 2017 Kesko opened a Supermarket in Juva completed by Castor. The scope of works included design, build and financing and the project floor area is 1.600 sqm.
